What is the printing turnaround time?

Business Cards and Postcards - 2-7 business days after approval.
2,500 quantity 4-8 business days after approval. Add 3-4 business days for no UV coating on back
Door Hangers - 5-10 business days after approval.
Brochures 5-8 business days after approval.

What is the price for re-orders?
Exact re-orders are subject to a $20 re-order fee.
Re-orders with minimal changes (text only, up to 3 lines) are subject to $35 fee.
Re-orders with  major changes (3 lines of text, and 1 image change) are subject to $45 fee.
Any re-orders requiring more changes than above are subject to new design fee. 

How long until I get my proof?
We usually have your proofs within 24-48 hours.

What do you need from me to design my proofs?
We need your design ideas, your logo, contact information, any special offers you want to include, list of services, and anything else you want to include in your design.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is through Paypal, you can pay via Creit card this way also. We also accept checks and money orders. If payment is made by check we do wait for it to clear before sending any items to print.

Do we use your designs for our purpose?

On some occasions, as you can see, we place your design on our website or in advertisements to show potential clients our design abilities. However... at any point if you wish not to have your items used please let us know.
